Quarantine is not slowing down Temple FMA Professor Rea Tajiri. Her incredible works are groundbreaking and inspirational with films that straddle documentary and art film genres and a way of finding new ways of storytelling that embrace the murky spaces of memory, history, and public consciousness.
In October, Professor Peter d’Agostino will be in Rome and Venice to present recent video works and a new book, Peter d’Agostino / World-Wide-Walks: Crossing Natural-Cultural-Virtual Frontiers, with an introduction by Kristine Stiles and co-edited with David Tafler. On Friday, August 28, Tomlinson Theater quickly filled to the brim with theater majors, performers, and fans to hear from Broadway star and Lancaster native Jonathan Groff.
Groff took a train early Friday morning to Philadelphia to conduct a casual Q&A session with Temple students, as well as conduct a masterclass before returning to New York City to perform in the new hit Broadway musical Hamilton.
