The 2017-2018 Season marks the 50th Anniversary of Temple Theaters! As the production program of the Department of Theater, Temple Theaters is the vital creative, collaborative hub of our undergraduate and graduate training programs, serving a total of 300 theater majors. The faculty and staff of the department represent highly trained scholars and professionals with theater credits in Philadelphia, New York City, nationally and internationally.

Tickets

Ticket Prices: $25 General Admission; $20 Seniors, Students, Alums & Temple University Employees (with TUid); $10 Temple Students (with TUid). Plus applicable service fees.

ACCESS Live

ACCESS Cardholders can use their card at Temple Theaters for just $2, thanks to ACCESS Philly, a city-wide initiative led by Art-Reach.

How It Works: It’s easier than ever. By simply showing your ACCESS Card paired with a valid photo ID when purchasing admission or tickets, Cardholders pay $2 per person for the Cardholder and up to three additional people!

ACCESS Restrictions: Guests must present a valid ACCESS Card along with a photo ID to receive the discount. One (1) ACCESS Card allows the purchase of up to (4) tickets at a rate of $2 per person. The discounted price is to be paid by the visitor, not through their EBT card. The ACCESS Philly discount is not valid on special exhibitions or features, special events, or with any other offers or group rates. You can find out more about ACCESS Live here.

Box Office Information

Temple Theaters Box Office is located in Tomlinson Theater Lobby at 1301 W. Norris Street, Philadelphia, PA 19122. The office is open Monday - Friday from 12 noon to 6 pm, excluding university holidays, starting  Monday, September 12. To order tickets, call 215-204-1122 or stop by the office.

Patrons may also visit tfma.temple.edu for tickets and information. Online ticket sales start August 1.

Please note, Randall Theater is a small 80-seat theater. Order tickets to Randall Theater performances in advance.

Travel and Parking

Both Temple Theaters performance venues are located at the corner of Norris and 13th Streets, one block from Broad Street.

Temple Theaters is accessible via public transportation. Patrons can use the Broad Street Line subway (Cecil B. Moore stop), Regional Rail (Temple University station), and the #4, #16, #3, & #23 bus lines.

Weekday parking is available in the gated Diamond Lot (formerly Lot #10) at the corner of 12th & Diamond Sts. This lot closes at 10:50 pm on weeknights. Temple University Parking is available on Saturdays & Sundays at the Liacouras Garage at 15th & Cecil B. Moore. There is often abundant free parking available on the well-lit streets surrounding the theater.

Accessibility

Both the Tomlinson Theater and the Randall Theater are accessible to patrons with mobility issues or wheelchairs. We ask that you contact the box office (215-204-1122) if you or your guest with special needs is attending a performance in the Tomlinson Theater. The accessibility entrance to this theater is not the same as the main entrance.

Temple Theaters offers ASL-Interpreted performances for select productions in our season.
