There are many opportunities for an Undergraduate Theater student to find social life both on campus and beyond. Organizations and activities like those listed below maximize a student’s capacity to connect with peers and also continually improve their craft. The Temple Theaters season is composed of many classic works and musicals as well as original new work that provide the greatest opportunities for building relationships with Temple Theater faculty and Graduate Assistants in the MFA programs. A Capella, Improvisation and other student-run groups and organizations create opportunities to sharpen leadership qualities and build peer networks.
The Philadelphia theater scene is well respected in many national and international spaces.
