The School of Theater, Film & Media Arts offers students study away opportunities in Los Angeles, London, and Venice. Students can earn academic credit while enriching their experiences beyond main campus. Coursework and activities cross disciplines and course numbers, providing students with a stimulating environment in which to establish relationships with, and to gain insights from, their peers.

The Department of Film and Media Arts Study Away program in Los Angeles is open to both Temple University students and visiting students.   Similarly, the Department's program in Venice presents students with a unique opportunity to earn academic credits while exploring first-hand a major international Biennale. Courses, classroom discussion, and guest lectures are enhanced by tours designed to provide insights into the international art scene. 

The Department of Theater hosts the study away program in London, and Temple University offers many additional educational opportunities abroad in Italy, Spain, Ireland, Japan, and other locations.
