Nick Gackenbach is the Sound/Projections Engineer for the Department of Theater at Temple University. He also serves as an Adjunct Instructor, Guest Lecturer and Sound Design Mentor within the department. In addition to his work at Temple, Nick is an active Sound Designer and Audio Engineer throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey designing plays and musicals, as well as mixing concerts and corporate events. Previously Nick has served as a Sound Designer and Touring Technical Director for the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia and as the Audio Engineer at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey. Nick received his B.A. in Theatre from Penn State (‘13).
