The Center for Performing and Cinematic Arts Arts Interdisciplinary Research (AIR) Faculty Forum features Chet Pancake, interim chair and assistant professor of FMA. He will be speaking about Female, Queer & Transgender Pipeline Blockaders: “Queer/Trans Moments of Critical Appalachian Eco-Action" addressing a phenomenological / ethnographic approach to discussing queer and trans youth eco-activists blockading the Mountain Valley Pipeline in Southwest Virginia.
