We are so proud and excited that our TFMA Commencement Speaker, Journee Lutz (she/they), '24 will also be a student speaker at both our commencement AND Temple University's 137th Commencement ceremony!
{Emmy-winning Alum, Quinta Brunsen, will receive an Honorary Degree at this ceremony too!}
This interview was conducted and written by Alyssa Threadgill.
As students, we all wonder what paths we will take upon graduating from Temple. For those of us who have dedicated our college careers to our passion for the arts, it can be even more challenging. Many of us are called to the stage, while others will get in front of the camera.

Temple FMA Adjuct Film Professor Wendi Grantham has an incredible background, including a life on stage, on screen (perhaps most notably in HBO's THE WIRE), as a singer, and screenwriter and so much more. We were honored to interview her and find out more about her life, her ideas on teaching, and why she loves to post baby animals on her social media.
