Oscar nominations are out, and Temple University is represented twice over!
Last Friday, the nominees for this year's Barrymore Awards were announced by Theatre Philadelphia. The Barrymore Awards are a nationally recognized honor that has been given out yearly since 1994, and are considered the Tony Awards of Philadelphia. In support of a more honest, equitable, and inclusive storytelling landscape, the 2023 TFMA Alumni Project Grant is going toward projects that amplify the voices and stories of artists of color and artists in the LGBTQ+ community.
