Benny Douglas, professionally known as Benny Boom, will be visiting Temple University for a Q&A session as well as a screening of the Tupac Shakur biopic All Eyez On Me on February 21, 2018 at 5:00 pm at the Temple Performing Arts Center.
As Women's History Month comes to a close, join Diamon Screen Film Series and Mise En Femme Productions as they present the 1st Annual Women's Film Fest. Featuring 16 undergraduate and graduate films made by women in key creative roles, the screenings will take place this Friday, March 31st, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM in Room 3 of Annenberg Hall.
One of the films featured will be Lucy Soutter's VENUS MAN TRAP. A quasi-educational film on weaponized femininity and guilt.
Alumnus Aaron Greer (MFA '02) returns to Temple University for a screening of his feature film Service to Man, as part of the Diamond Screen Film Series. The film will be shown at the Temple Performing Arts Center on Wednesday, February 22.

On Nov. 2 in Temple Performing Arts Center, David Miranda Hardy, an MFA graduate from the Film and Media Arts Program at Temple University, presented the pilot for his new Chilean TV series, Bala Loca.
Since its release, Bala Loca has received rave reviews in Chile. The show finished airing in September.
The series is about a 50-year-old seasoned journalist turned entertainment mogul. After an accident, Mauro Murillo is confined to a wheelchair, and must rebuild his life as he knew it.
